Volunteering is a vital and treasured part of participating in the St John’s community and a rewarding way to have new experiences as part of the church. We invite you to step up, get involved, and help out. There are a variety of roles to suit your gifts, interests, and availability. And we’re pleased to pass on knowledge, so if you’d like to try something new to you, let us know. There are no age limits and most roles can accommodate parent/child pairs or friends who’d like to be scheduled together.

Dixon st café

A free cafe to connect with our neighbours and extend a ministry to them showing (in action) love for each other. Volunteers can either be in the kitchen, making tea and coffee, serving food, and washing dishes, or talking to tenants.
