Sunday Creche
Creche
facilities are provided for pre-school children in the Chapel during
Sunday morning services.
Parents/
Caregivers may bring children to the creche at any time - ie immediately
prior to the start of the service at 10 am or at any time during
the service.
There
is no need to book your involvement in creche - it is organised
on a casual basis.
The
number of children attending each week generally ranges between
3 and 8.
Two
members of the congregation are rostered to set up and run creche
each week.
You
need to know...
Parents/caregivers
are welcome to remain with their child for the duration of the service,
or, if the child is happy to be left unattended, may drop their
child off and return to the service.
If
you plan to drop your child off, please inform one of the rostered
duty team before departing.
Children
should be collected from the creche promptly after the completion
of the service to allow the duty team to join the remainder of the
Congregation for tea/coffee and fellowship. Of course,
you and your child are also invited to join in this fellowship.
No
food and drink is provided but you are welcome to bring some for
your child.
Parents/caregivers
of children who use the creche regularly are invited to put their
name on the roster for creche duty. This involves being on
duty once every two months approximately.
Parents/caregivers
who remain in the creche during the service are able to borrow an
audio tape of the service to listen to at their own convenience.
