Where to find and contact us

St John's in the City is located in the heart of downtown Wellington, at the corner of Willis and Dixon Streets.  It is directly across from Pharmacy House.  A few minutes walk from Cuba Mall or Courtenay Place, it is surrounded by inner city apartments, shops, restaurants and cafes.

There is some metered parking on Willis Street, which is free on the weekends. For services, some parking is available in the Church grounds and by special arrangement in local car parks during services.  A commercial car park is available on Sunday morning on the diagonally opposite corner to St John's, just a little way down Willis St.

There are a limited number of visitors' parks at the back of the Church, which can be accessed from the Willis Street side.

Below are instructions on getting to St John's in the City from Wellington.
Coming in from the South off the Motorway at the very last exit, turn left into Willis Street.  St John's is one block down on your left at the corner of Willis and Dixon Streets.

The Church Office is located in Troup House - easily accessed up stairs through the Courtyard or at the end of the roadway at the top of Dixon St, behind Spinks Cottage.
