SPEAKERS:
Simon Brodie
has 25 years' experience in the investment industry,
which includes working as Head of Global Equities, acting Head
of Strategy, and Chief Investment Officer for Tower. Simon provides
the NZ Anglican Church Pension Board with investment advice with
particular reference to overseas equities.
Dr Margaret
Galt is a member of the Presbyterian Church Property
Trustees investment committee, and was involved with the most
recent revision of their ethical investment policy. She is an
economist who works at the Treasury and she is a member of St
Johns in the City.
Garry Gould
has retired from Gould Steele & Co, Wellington and
has over 40 years' experience in stockbroking. He has strongly
influenced the policy and practice of the NZ Anglican Church Pension
Board on ethical investment. Garry specialises in overseas and
New Zealand equity markets and has in depth views of world economies.
Mark Richards
is the Bishop's Assistant in the Catholic Diocese of
Palmerston North. He is a moral theologian with a License from
the Lateran University in Moral Theology, and lectured at Otago
University in justice and basic moral theology.

ethical, medical, legal, social and spiritual issues at the heart
of the debate over the legalization of voluntary euthanasia.
It included contributions from a range of disciplinary and ethical
perspectives. Speakers included:
The Very Rev John Murray - member of the National Committee of the
Voluntary Euthanasia Society of New Zealand.
John Kleinsman - Director of The Nathaniel Centre -- the NZ Catholic
Bioethics Centre.
Dr Don Mathieson QC has been a Professor of Law at Victoria University
of Wellington.
Dr Anne MacLennan - specialist in palliative medicine.
Geoff Annals - Chief Executive of the New Zealand Nurses Organisation.
